You must login to your account before you are able to register participants to any Institute

How to register for all 5 days:

1. Click on Schedules on the left side of the screen.
2. Scroll through the dates and locations to find one right for your group. When you find one, click on Register Online! on the right side of the screen.
3. Click on Add New Participant.
   a. Enter the information requested.
   b. Click on Add New Participant.
   c. Continue adding all participants.
4. After all participants have been added, click on Schedules.
   a. Find the location where you just registered your participants.
   b. Click on Register Online!
   c. You should see a list of all participants you added. Select one at a time and click on the Register Participant button. The participant will disappear from the list and be added to the list of registered participants below.

Select the specific day for each make-up. Click on Schedule Make-ups to register an individual. Participants can NOT make up Day One (1) of the Institute.

Registration Fees:

Registration fees are due at the conclusion of the institute. Districts are invoiced for participants who attend an institute or for registrants who do not show up at the institute. Fees are based on the following:

• $800 per participant, effective July 1, 2009;
• $150 no-show fee for registered participants beyond the 20 participant minimum;
• $50 make-up fee is charged per participant, per day. Participants can make-up day(s) missed by attending another LACOE provided institute within 12 months.
